Terms and Conditions:

1. Applicable Australian Automobile Association (AAA) Customer Discount Program (CDP) number and Promotional Coupon (PC) number 953820 must be quoted at time of reservation to redeem the free child/booster seat offer.
2. Renter must present proof of membership at time of rental for offer and member rates to apply.
3. Offer is valid at participating locations in Australia, for rentals completed no later than 30 September 2010.
4. Minimum rental period of one (1) day applies and an advance reservation of twenty-four (24) hours is required to redeem the offer.
5. Rental days are based on a twenty-four (24) hour period. A fifty-nine (59) minute grace period is allowed for returns. Returns outside of the grace period will be charged up to an extra day rental fee.
6. Child/booster seat must be selected at time of reservation. Cost of Child/booster seat will be deducted from the total rental cost at the rental counter.
7. Offer excludes taxes, fees, optional products and services.
8. Offer is subject to availability, with a maximum of one (1) free child/booster seat per rental.
9. Offer applies to the following vehicle groups and is subject to availability at time of vehicle collection: Mini Manual, Economy Manual, Compact Manual, Compact Auto, Intermediate Auto, Standard Auto, Green Auto, Fullsize Sedan Auto, Fullsize Wagon, 8 Seater Minibus and Luxury Auto.
10. Offer is not discountable, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Hertz standard driver and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental apply.
12. Minimum renter age without surcharge is 25 years for Mini Manual to Luxury Auto.  Drivers aged 21-24 may be eligible to rent Mini Manual to Luxury Auto, subject to an age differential charge.
13. Vehicle models may differ and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular model or colour.
