Terms and Conditions:

1. Applicable Australia Automobile Association (AAA) Customer Discount Program (CDP) number and Promotional Coupon (PC) number 953816 must be quoted at time of reservation to redeem the free single upgrade offer. Applicable AAA CDP and PC 953805 must be quoted at time of reservation to redeem the free single upgrade with free child/booster seat offer.
2. Offers apply at participating locations in Australia, for rentals collected and returned between Thursday noon and Monday midnight, and completed no later than 30 September 2010.
3. Renter must present proof of membership at time of rental for offers and member rates to apply.
4. Advance reservation of twenty-four (24) hours required to redeem the one (1) free single upgrade with free child/booster seat offer.
5. Child/booster seat must be selected at time of reservation. Cost of Child/booster seat will be deducted from the total rental cost at the rental counter.
6. Minimum rental period of one (1) day required, and a maximum one (1) single upgrade and one (1) free child/booster seat per rental applies.
7. Rental days are based on a twenty-four (24) hour period. A fifty-nine (59) minute grace period is allowed for returns. Returns outside of the grace period will be charged up to an extra day rental fee.
8. Offers exclude taxes, fees, optional products and services.
9. Offers are non-discountable, cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or be redeemed for cash.
10. Offers apply to the following vehicles groups, are subject to vehicle availability at time of vehicle collection: Economy Manual upgrade to Compact Manual; Compact Manual upgrade to Compact Auto; Compact Auto upgrade to Intermediate Auto; Intermediate Auto upgrade to Standard Auto; Standard Auto upgrade to Fullsize Auto.
11. Hertz standard driver and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental applies.
12. Minimum driver age without surcharge is 25 years. Drivers age 21-24 years may be eligible to rent subject to an age differential charge.
13. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular model or colour. Vehicle models may differ, specifications may vary by location.
14. Standard one-way rental conditions apply for one-way rentals.
