hertz Business rewards^TM Rates

Employees of small and mid-sized companies enrolled in Hertz Business Rewards enjoy competitive rates in North America including discounts up to 20% off Business Travel Rates at airports. Special rates are also available at Hertz Local Edition^® neighborhood locations. Rates and discounts will vary by location, car class, length of rental and other factors.

NORTH AMERICA LOCATIONS

1. Rates require an advance reservation confirmation. Rates/benefits are available at participating locations, are subject to availability of vehicles and may be blacked out during certain periods.
2. Rates include liability protection to the extent provided in the applicable rental agreement.
3. The following additional charges may apply: vehicle licensing fees, airport fees, or airport/hotel concession fee recoveries. Governmental surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement and optional items, such as refueling or additional driver fees, are extra. Optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Liability Insurance Supplement (LIS), Personal Accident Insurance and Personal Effects Coverage (PAI and PEC) are not included in Rates. In Canada, depending on the rental location, an Air Conditioner Surcharge Recovery fee per day may apply. No discount will apply to such charges.
4. Business Travel Rates are not available weekends (12:01 am Friday through 3:00 pm Sunday) and holidays in Manhattan, NY, and are not available weekends (1:00 pm Friday through 3:00 pm Sunday) and holidays at JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark Airport and in the New York Metro Tri-State area.
5. Minimum rental age is 20; age differential charges and certain exceptions may apply. Minimum rental age for Hertz Prestige Collection is 25.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Rates are based on local currency and will vary by country. At many airports and some other locations, additional charges may apply.

Your first Hertz rental using your Corporate Discount Program (CDP) number will constitute acceptance of these terms. Hertz reserves the right to change or eliminate the rates, discounts, differentials and other terms of the Hertz Business Rewards Program (“Hertz Business Rewards”) without notice.
