 How to Request Status Match:

 

 Just send an email to Hertzstatusmatch@hertz.com to request status match after   you have enrolled in Hertz Gold and provide Proof of Identity and Proof of Status on the email:

 

 A. Proof of Identity (all items listed are required)


             o Customer First and Last Name as it appears on your Hertz Account.
             o Customer address as it appears on your Hertz Account
             o Customer phone number
             o Customer email address

 

 

 B. Scanned Image Showing Proof of Status with Avis or National (only one of the items listed is required)


             o Monthly statement indicating membership status
             o Copy of a credentials letter (membership kit)
             o Copy of a welcome letter

             o Member card with expiration date
